Shipping your package
All our items are sent from our stock in Switzerland.
Packages are generally shipped within 3 days after payment is received. They are shipped via post with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped in an envelope for postage at 3.50. In this case there is no tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order.
10. RIGHT OF RETURN
The customer has a right of return within 10 days following the arrival of the goods at his home. If the customer is not fully satisfied, he has the option of returning the merchandise in perfect condition in its original packaging at his own expense. Furthermore, if unfortunately the goods arrive at the customer's home in poor condition, Ecofamily will happily exchange them. Simply return the damaged merchandise with an official report from the post office.
