3. DELIVERY
Delivery and packaging costs are 3.50 for items weighing less than 200g, and measuring less than 5 cm thick. (envelope)
They are 11.- for a package up to 5 kilos, and 13.- for a package of more than 5kg. Ecofamily reserves the right to modify the shipping costs indicated when ordering by the informative order management system.
So that the customer can benefit from rapid and efficient management of our mail order service, our items are generally sent by post within 3 working days following payment, to the address you have indicated to us. If the item cannot be sent within this time, the customer will be informed. Deliveries are generally limited to Swiss territory, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Ecofamily/Mère et Terre. In the event of sending abroad, the related costs will be calculated and borne by the customer. He will be informed of the additional delivery amount before confirming if he wishes to maintain his order. In this case, any customs duties are the responsibility of our customers. We decline all responsibility regarding the progress of the order and delivery of the items. If the information transmitted is inaccurate, our company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering and meeting deadlines. In the event of a delivery problem with the post office, our company assumes no responsibility.
